volunteer mortgage makers become a donor advertise in our programs
Volunteer - All productions and programs are volunteer operated. FDA is always recruiting volunteer actors, directors, technicians, designers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, groundskeepers, janitors, ushers, concessions and bar salespersons, costumers and properties masters and stage managers. It’s easy to get involved: Just Call 456-PLAY and let staff know you are interested in being a part of the Riverfront Theatre collaborative team. We need folks of all talents and ability levels!
Mortgage Makers - Monthly pledge helps us make the mortgage Because you make the choice to support us through your pledge to become an annual Mortgage Maker, we are able to continue ownership of the Riverfront Theatre. You can be sure without this backbone fund raising program in place we would not be able to keep up with our monthly payments on the theatre and we would lose our home base from which we serve Interior Alaska communities with theatre education programs and live, theatrical performances.
As you know, the Board of Directors purchased the Riverfront Theatre in 2001. As of today, our mortgage loan has a principal balance of $462,033.79. We have faithfully been making monthly mortgage payments since we purchased the property in 2001, and, since 2002, when Walter Benesch conceived of the Mortgage Makers donor program, our dedicated supporters have been helping to pay the mortgage. We so need you to become a donor and join the 2009 Mortgage Makers donor group. For just $20 per month for the next twelve years, your donation will make the difference in keeping the Riverfront Theatre open for the annual programming of Fairbanks Drama Association.
This is an annual giving program, and you decide your payment plan, choosing to be billed monthly for $20 for 12 months; or quarterly for a $60 payment every three months; or semi annually for a $120 payment twice yearly. You may also choose, if you wish, to donate all $240 at one time. Please indicate on the PDF form available below the donation choice you wish to make for your gift you us for the year 2009. We are inviting you to be one of the 200 individuals and/or families we need as 2009 Mortgage Makers.
